About the Internship
This internship is perfect for ambitious individuals who want to gain experience in lead generation, business communication, client handling, and digital strategy. As a Business Development Executive Intern, you'll help grow our business through real interactions and performance-based outcomes.
Selected interns will undergo a 1-month trial to demonstrate their abilities. Top 2 performers will be offered a paid continuation of the internship, and their first month will also be paid retroactively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with potential clients through various channels
- Work on lead generation, client follow-ups, and sales pitching
- Collaborate with the marketing team on outreach campaigns
- Maintain daily performance and reporting sheets
Skills & Qualities We Look For:
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Understanding of business, marketing, or sales domains
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, email communication, and CRM tools (preferred)
Eligibility:
- Open to BBA, MBA, B.Sc (any stream) students or recent graduates
- Available to work remotely or from Haldia office
- Ready to commit to a 3-month program (1-month trial + 2-month paid)
Stipend & Selection Process:
- Phase 1 (Trial Month): 3 interns will be selected for a 1-month performance-based trial
- Phase 2 (Paid Months): Top 2 performers will receive ₹3500 – ₹5000/month + bonuses
- If selected, your first month will also be paid in full retroactively
